Fitness Assessments

Fitness Assessments provide athletes and coaches with a wide range of essential data that can then be used to enhance sport performance and prevent injury. Information collected will be shared with parents, skaters and the coaching team. 

Matthew de Gooijer from Level Sports Therapy has provided a few of the many highlights of the new testing device:

• accurate measurements down to the single degree for strength and range of motion testing
• can identify weaknesses and imbalances in the body before an injury occurs
• has relevant testing for all major joints 

Assessments available and encouraged for all athletes aged 10 and up. Podium and Podium Pathway athletes are required to get their testing completed by October 11.
