Goal Setting Forms:

• STAR 2 Goal Setting Form - due September 30 (now PAST due)
• STAR 3 Goal Setting Form (coming soon)
• STAR 4+ Goal Setting Form - due October 16

Parent/guardian assistance is required for some components. 

NEW! S2+ Athletes are requested to purchase and bring:

1. 1 inch binder with a clear cover
2. Loose leaf paper
3. A set of dividers
4. 2-3 pens/pencils
