PowerSkate is a high-energy training program geared toward hockey and ringette players, designed to build your power and enhance your skating skills for game situations. This program focuses on balance, control and agility – including components of power and speed – with classes available for different ages and skill levels. EQUIPMENTAll PowerSkate participants must have full equipment as per Campbell River Minor Hockey Association (CRMHA) regulations, including good-fitting, well-sharpened skates and CSA approved helmets.
