Regionals Competition Simulation

JANUARY 15 UPDATE:

Skaters should be fully dressed in competition attire and at the rink 45-60 minutes prior to their first event
45 min prior to their on-ice warm-up time:
Skaters are to meet coaches in the Rink 1 lobby. One or more coaches will likely be available to assist with off-ice warm-up. In the event that no coach is available, skaters are expected to complete their own off-ice warm-up.
Skaters in STAR 2 and up events must show their flash drive to the coach doing the off-ice warm-up. If skaters warm-up independently, their flash drive will be shown to the coach putting them on the ice.
Skaters will need to put their skates on 15 minutes prior to their start time
